Shipping and Payment

Shipping

Orders within the Baltic States are shipped via Omniva parcel lockers. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout and is paid by the buyer. The shipping fee is collected by the platform.

Payment Method

The platform uses a secure payment method — transfer through the built-in payment system. After an order is placed, the funds are reserved and become available for transfer to your bank account 14 calendar days after the item has been shipped — or earlier if the buyer leaves positive feedback.

Platform Fees

Product listings on the platform are free of charge. Sales using the “By agreement” method are also free — in this case, the payment and delivery terms are discussed directly between the buyer and the seller before the sale offer is confirmed. When using the “By agreement” method, delivery may be available worldwide.

When using the secure payment system, a commission is charged on the total order amount (excluding shipping costs):

• €0.30 + 5% of the order amount.

The commission is deducted automatically when the payment is processed.

Delivery Prices and Conditions in the Baltic States: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia

For deliveries within the Baltic States, we offer an integrated shipping solution viaOmniva parcel lockers. Users have access to automatic generation of all required shipping labels.

The shipping label can be:

• printed from the system after payment is received from the buyer,
• or generated via a QR code and printed directly at the Omniva parcel locker when sending the parcel.

Delivery Conditions

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the recipient’s address.
• Maximum parcel dimensions: 39 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight — up to 30 kg.
• Shipping is paid by the buyer. The shipping cost is automatically added to the total order amount.
• A single order may contain multiple items from the same seller.
